    1. click on start button and search notepad and open it
    2.copy and paste below code exactly

3.Please replace Username to Your Origional Name.

4.Save the file as Save As select All Types in Save as type .Now save the file as "welcom.vbs" or save as *.vbs 

5.now copy the file 

6.Paste the file :----->

    C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Start Menu\Programs\Startup (IN WINDOWS XP)

   if it is Windows 8,Windows 7, Windows Vista then paste the file :---->

   C:\Users\ {User-Name}\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\Startup 

   if C: is your System drive. AppData is a hidden folder. So, you will need to select showing hidden folders in        Folder option to locate it.

7.Now its small task is over when the next time you open the computer. The Windows opens like its own computerized voice.

Note :-For better performance please it is recommended the sound form SCHEME TO NO SOUND 

            How to change the sound from scheme to no sound 

1. go to Control Panel

2.then change to classic view

3.next click on Sound ans Audio Device

4.Next click on the Sound tab

5.Now you select NO SOUND from SOUND SCHEME option

6.If you wish to save the previous sound scheme, you can save it by clicking  YES in the pop-up menu

7.finally click on OK button
